University Transcript Verification Services: Quick and Efficient

Today we’ll guide you through the simple process of uploading your documents on FACTS Transcripts.

Please note that FACTS accounts are provided exclusively to our valued paid customers.

Application Process

Once your payment is successfully made, you will receive an email with your login details to the registered email address or the one you provided for your payment receipt. In that email, make sure to download the FACTS authorization form marked in red.

1. Login: Go to www.factstranscript.com/myaccount and log in using the credentials provided in the email.
2. Add Request: After logging in, click on “ADD Request”. If you have multiple requests, we advise you to generate a unique case ID for each service you have paid for.
3. Fill in Details: Fill in your details and attach all the necessary documents, ensuring to upload the FACTS authorization form. If you are applying for WES or Deb icas, make sure to upload the respective academic request forms issued by the respective agency.
4. Submit Request: Once all the documents are uploaded, click on “Submit Request”.

Congratulations! You have successfully submitted your request, and a unique FACTS ID or case ID has been generated. You’ll receive an email confirmation from FACTS Transcripts acknowledging the successful submission of your request.

Rest assured, our process team will now start working with your University and deliver the required documents to your specified destination.

Step 2: Raising a Ticket

While most of our customers have a smooth experience without the need to raise tickets, there might be instances where you need to communicate with your dedicated case manager or receive updates. In such cases, you can raise a ticket through our system.

The ticket system is designed exclusively for our paid customers, allowing direct communication with our team and keeping you informed about any updates related to your application.

And there you have it! The straightforward process of uploading your documents and applying for your transcripts through FACTS Transcripts. Once everything is processed, you will receive a notification email with the details of your completed transcript request, including the tracking number and the shipping agency responsible for its delivery.
