Step 1: Download the Application Form
Begin by downloading the application form to request the issuance of your degree certificate. This form is typically available on the official website of YBN University or can be obtained from the university’s Registrar or Controller of Examinations office.
Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form
Complete the application form with accurate and up-to-date information. Ensure that all fields are properly filled out. The information you need to provide includes:
1. Your Full Name: Write your full name as it appears on your academic records.
2. Enrollment Number: Include your unique enrollment number.
3. Gender: Specify your gender as either Male or Female.
4. Diploma/Degree Completed: Indicate the name of the course for which you are requesting the degree certificate.
5. Year and Month of Passing: Mention the specific year and month when you successfully completed your program.

Step 5: Submission of Application
Choose one of the following methods to submit your application along with the required details and fee:

– Send it via speed/registered post or courier to “The Registrar, YBN University, Power Grid Road, Rajaulatu, Namkum, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834010.”
Step 6: No Dues Clearance
Ensure that you have obtained a no dues clearance from the Account Section of YBN University, Ranchi. This clearance is essential to process your degree certificate application.
